Our Story

Creative Apparel Service, Inc was born as a design and production company in 1993 servicing larger apparel companies by offering styling, fit, and production services. In 1999, Lisa and Jay launched the Bleu Bayou® clothing line with original designs by Lisa. The line started with 12 uniquely embellished denim dresses. The line has now grown to offer jackets, shirts, jeans and knits with unique embellishments as well as contemporary styling.

Today, the Bleu Bayou® label can be found in over 500 boutiques and specialty stores across the U.S. as well as mail order catalogs.

As of 2016, Bleu Bayou® has enjoyed more than 17 successful years in the unique clothing business.
